Welcome to the GFI Software Partner Program
The GFI Partner Program is a global channel-wide program in the small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) arena. The program has been designed to provide our partners with the necessary sales, marketing and support tools needed to drive GFI product sales and increase their revenues.

Our membership levels are determined based on the requirements outlined below. The benefits our partners receive also increase as they move through the program levels.

Partner levels are qualified on an annual basis at the beginning of each calendar year. If during a given year a partner reaches the next level of the program, we will move them to the level that they have achieved during the qualifying year in the next full calendar month. They will then be eligible for those benefits (higher discounts) for the remainder of that calendar year and the next year.

Partnership Levels
With three levels of membership – Gold, Silver and Bronze – our partners rewards and benefits increase as they advance through to the higher levels of the program and ultimately reach GFI Gold Partner status.
Our highest achievement, the Gold Partner level is for partners that have superior sales and technical expertise in selling and supporting the GFI product range. GFI Gold partners benefit from the highest level of benefits and discounts and an exclusive direct relationship with GFI.
The Silver Partner level is for partners that have already made significant commitment to developing their GFI business and have a proven track record in selling and supporting GFI products. GFI Silver partners benefit from a higher level of benefits and discounts.
The Bronze Partner level gives all our remaining partners the opportunity to gain access to online sales, marketing, training and education tools so that they can start developing their GFI knowledge and business. Bronze partners are interested in taking the first steps in building their GFI business and have access to immediate discounts and benefits.

When do GFI qualify partner levels?
- Partner levels are qualified when partners join the partner program and on an annual basis at the beginning of each calendar year.
- If during a given year our partners reach the next level, they will be upgraded to the next level that they have achieved during the qualifying year in the next full calendar month.
- They will then be eligible for those benefits (and higher discounts!) for the remainder of that calendar year and the next year.
- Qualifying partners will be notified of any upgrade in levels within the program directly by their GFI Channel Sales Manager.
Does it cost money for partners to join?
No, the GFI Partner Program is a free-of-charge program.
How will I know that my application has been accepted?
As soon as your application is accepted, you will receive a confirmation welcome email containing your customer identification number, your level of partnership, login details to our Websites and your requested allocated GFI interim NFR software license keys. This will also contain a link to the GFI Partner Welcome Manual.
Where can a partner download the partner welcome manual?
Partners can access the new GFI Partner Welcome Manual from within the Partner area at http://partners.gfi.com/partnerpack.htm
(N.B. You will require your username and password to access this URL; these are sent to you upon joining the program.)
What is the GFI Partner Area?
GFI offers its partners secure access to a dedicated GFI Partner Area where our partners have access to key resources to help them resell GFI. In the Partner Area, our partners will find a vast selection of sales and marketing tools and resources to use, including sales tools, marketing collateral, promotional materials and campaigns and much more!
The GFI Partner Area is updated on a weekly basis. Bookmark it now and visit it regularly - and remember to check out the new items; these will always be marked as new!

How can I co-brand GFI promotional material with my own logo and contact information?
GFI is happy to assist our partners in producing co-branded marketing materials that they can use to promote the GFI product range. We can co-brand brochures, presentations, adverts and mailers that are available on the Partner Area with the partner company logo and contact details. It couldn’t be easier, simply email your request to cobrand@gfi.com along with your company logo and contact details and we will do the rest for you.
